Description OCEAN VIEW POST-ACUTE We provide PT, OT, ST services in post-acute settings and are looking for talented, dynamic clinicians with passion to join our team. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) assures that the patient care follows the organization's guidelines; professional standards and community needs, and is in compliance with Federal and State guidelines. The SLP serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current prospective patients, to all internal and external customers . Ensures cross-disciplinary coordination in order to provide for consistent patient care . Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities. Position Requirements

Requirements:
- Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology.
- Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines.
- CPR Certification.
- 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered.
