Greenspring Homes is looking for a friendly, dependable Weekend New Home Host to welcome visitors at our Waters Edge model home in Essex, Maryland.

This is a front-door role. You are the first person a visitor meets, and often the reason they remember the visit. You will greet walk-ins, register them, walk them through the model home, answer questions about floorplans and included features, and pass along serious buyers to our sales agent.

If you enjoy talking to people, are comfortable in a home you are proud to show, and want steady weekend hours, this is a good fit.

What you will do

• Open and close the model home on Saturdays and Sundays
• Greet every visitor, register their information, and log traffic
• Walk visitors through the model and the community, pointing out floorplans, included features, and available homesites
• Answer general questions about the homes and the neighborhood
• Hand off interested and qualified buyers to our sales agent for follow-up
• Keep the model home clean, staged, and presentable throughout the day
• Report weekend traffic and visitor feedback to the sales team

What we are looking for

• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers and putting people at ease
• Reliable. Weekends are when buyers shop, so consistent attendance matters more than anything else here
• Presentable and professional in appearance and manner
• Able to walk stairs and be on your feet during a shift
• Basic comfort with a phone, tablet, or laptop for visitor registration
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Real estate, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, though not required. We will train you on the homes.

Schedule

Saturdays and Sundays. Hourly pay.
