Program Manager

Program Manager – Army Vehicle Development As a program manager on our team, you’ll work with customers, engineers, designers, schedulers, and manufacturing staff to analyze the budget, schedule, and requirements of Army vehicle development and prototyping efforts. Using proven program management methodologies, you’ll help develop and communicate your program’s strategy and business impact. You will use your skills as a program manager in all aspects of vehicle design and build, and help integrate the next generation of technology into Army Ground Vehicles. Responsibilities Analyze budget, schedule, and requirements of Army vehicle development and prototyping efforts. Help develop and communicate program strategy and business impact. Apply program management skills in all aspects of vehicle design and build. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including customers, engineers, designers, schedulers, and manufacturing staff. You Have: 5+ years of experience with program or project management. Knowledge of a scheduling tool such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Ability to assist with project budgets, identify risks, and manage projects to cost and schedule. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice If You Have: Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes. Knowledge of MIL‑STD and other Army standards related to vehicle design and performance. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
