SLUCare Physician Group, the academic medical practice of SSM Health and Saint Louis University School of Medicine, is seeking a  Board-certified or Board-Eligible Surgeon Scientist in Otolaryngology to join our expanding Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery as a full-time faculty member at the  Assistant or Associate Professor level.

This opportunity is ideal for physicians who are passionate about research, academic medicine, resident education, and clinical excellence. Research focus is required, with current or prospective external funding preferred. Basic science/lab preferred but non-lab science will be considered. Dedicated research time will be split with clinical time. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a thriving academic otolaryngology practice while benefiting from the resources, mentorship, and collaborative environment of a leading academic medical center.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
• Active/history of grant funding
• Commitment to academic medicine, teaching, and research
• Interest in resident education and mentorship
• Fellowship training is welcome but not required
• Experienced physicians preferred; graduating fellows with research experience will be considered
• H-1B visa sponsorship available
