Audit Senior

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor audit associates during audits, reviews, and related assurance engagements Manage day-to-day fieldwork, including coordination with client teams and internal leadership Review workpapers and reports prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback Foster client relationships by understanding their businesses and delivering tailored service Support development of associates through on-the-job training and performance feedback Collaborate with shareholders, managers, and staff across departments to provide integrated client service Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring timeliness and quality Participate in firm-sponsored continuing education and training programs Travel as required for client engagements and firm needs Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience in assurance services Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field CPA eligibility (must have completed required credit hours) Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all client and team interactions Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
