Automated Machine Operator
Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $21.25/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Are you someone who enjoys working with machines, staying focused, and making sure everything runs smoothly? Join our team as an Automated Machine Operator and play an important role in keeping our automated production equipment operating efficiently.

In this role, you'll monitor automated machines that assemble metal components into plastic parts, perform quality checks, clear minor machine jams, and ensure production stays on track. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working independently in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate automated production machines
• Perform and document in-process quality checks
• Clear minor machine jams and restart equipment when needed
• Ensure machines are running efficiently throughout the shift
• Notify a technician when machine errors or equipment issues occur
• Follow safety and quality standards while meeting production goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in food processing, packaging, plastics, or other automated manufacturing environments is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a loud manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
