Job Description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Morristown, New Jersey.

Work You’ll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

50% Travel required nationally

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Working across phases of the Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology, including Blueprinting, Realization, Go-live, and Support for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SAP Customer Experience (CX) Sales and Service modules including logistics and financial integration with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Central Component (ECC);

Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Microsoft (MS) 365;

Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP CRM and CX Sales and Service modules;

Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP CRM and CX Sales and Service modules;

Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP CRM and CX Sales and Service modules; and

Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing MS 365 to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP CRM and CX Sales and Service projects.
