ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1992 and is a small, close-knit team of two full-time members, with plans to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a business analyst in the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and service sides of the business. I also come from a family of State Farm agents, so helping people protect what matters most has always been part of my life.

I attended Indiana University, am married with grown children, and now enjoy time with my grandchild. Family is incredibly important to me, and that same family-first mindset carries into the way our office operates. I’m also a founding board member of the Boone County Mentoring Partnership, and staying involved in the community has always been a priority.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Teresa Susong - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
