Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative Hartfield Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative. Role Details: Position: Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative Schedule: Full-time, Monday‑Friday, no nights, weekends or holidays Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures. Perform in‑house laboratory testing (CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, fecal testing). Help maintain efficient daily hospital operations. Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar. Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism. Collect payments and process invoices. Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support smooth patient flow. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Qualifications Veterinary experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Compassionate, professional interactions with clients and teammates. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑first mindset with willingness to assume additional responsibilities. Confidence in managing competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
