Youth Care Team Lead: Lead in Residential Care

LCFS

LCFS in Mount Vernon, IL seeks a STAC Team Leader to supervise the youth care team in a staff-secure residential facility. You will monitor daily activities, support treatment plans, and participate in crisis intervention and safety protocols.

The role requires leadership, adherence to trauma-informed practices, and collaboration with the Youth Care Supervisor to maintain a therapeutic milieu for youth in care.
