$23.50/hr, weekly pay

Description:

• Ability to speak English or Spanish to understand instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Ability to stand for a full 12-hour shift while performing repetitive tasks and rotating between machines.
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including hair net, ear plugs, and safety shoes, and to work in a semi-loud environment.
• Ability to lift and move 15–30 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfort working a 12-hour schedule on 3rd shift (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), including alternating 48-hour and 36-hour workweeks.
• Capability to work around automated injection molding machines and follow established safety and operating procedures.
• Attention to detail to visually inspect products and ensure labels and packaging meet quality standards.

Pay & Shift:

• 3rd shift Monday to Friday 7pm-7am
• Pay is $23.50 .

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MUNDELEIN, IL.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
