Travel Registered NursePosition specialty involves Telemetry but can also work in medical/surgical. Nights consist of three 12-hour shifts. Weekends: will work every other weekend. Floating within the scope to meet facility needs is required. Must comply with a maximum of five days for requested time off. Guaranteed hours are subject to cancellation by the client without penalty. No on-call responsibilities required. Candidates may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliates as needed. All candidates must complete pre-start modules. Travelers will receive a stipend for completing modules. Charting will be done using the Epic system. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. The patient care unit serves adults and geriatrics with a daily census of approximately 365. Candidates are expected to manage a variety of patient diagnoses. Floating practice also includes peripheral and central line management, as well as hemodialysis management.
