Job Summary
We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our communities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect homes/buildings for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on properties to keep them in tip-top shape. The ideal person for this job would be well versed in general building maintenance, and is a reliable team player and a problem solver. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on properties and homes, to include painting, caulking, wood replacement, drywall repairs, etc.
- Inspect buildings for seasonal upkeep
- Keep a record of completed repairs, including materials used and time spent using company software
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
- Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
- There is the opportunity for occasional after-hours emergency work
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Have reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and tools
- Patience to correctly diagnose customer work requests
- Experience in quoting and selling small jobs is preferred, but not required
