Construction Project Manager

Job Description

PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Construction Project Manager position for a client located in Waveland MS.

Company details:

The company supports retailers in fabrication of storefront facades (glazing, entrances, metal panel cladding, specialty metals, etc...) across the country.
There will be some install projects, but also furnish some projects for installation by others.
Projects are generally short duration construction schedules, which requires the project manager to be organized and focused on maintaining all target dates from receipt of construction documents through project closeout.
The company generally furnishes multiple stores for each client, which simplifies managing multiple projects since you are using the same products and similar fabrication and installation details on each.
While direct product experience is preferred, we are open to candidates from adjacent trades.

We could describe in detail what the PM’s responsibilities are, but qualified candidates already know what a construction PM’s duties are. If this position looks like a fit and is of interest to explore, we will furnish an in-depth breakdown of how the project management process works.

Preferred candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

AutoCAD
Ability to confidently work in Microsoft Excel.
A plus if you are comfortable in the MS 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Strong attention to detail & maintaining project taget dates
