Hawk Automotive Group is looking for an individual to join our HR/Payroll team as part- time. The Human Resources Assistant will assist to ensure that the HR operations are managed seamlessly and within compliance. This will include providing administrative support and maintaining all procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting assistance with online job postings, reviewing candidates, and scheduling job interviews
- Complete pre-employment screenings and onboarding process
- Assist in the off-boarding process
- Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
- General administrative duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in HR role or relevant internship experience
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and mindfulness
- Time management skill with ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus
