Job Details Lead Software Engineer Remote - Poland Optional office base in Lublin We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help us build something exciting from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to launch and lead a new engineering team in Poland, shaping the way we design, build and deliver modern software for the pharmaceutical industry. If you enjoy combining hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, and team building, this role offers the chance to make a real impact from day one. You’ll work on next-generation software solutions for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) space - a fast‑evolving area where technology, data and AI are transforming how clinical trial documentation is managed. What you’ll be doing Building and leading a high‑performing software engineering team in Poland Designing and developing scalable, modern software solutions Acting as a hands‑on technical leader across architecture, coding and delivery Championing high standards in quality, security and engineering best practice Driving Agile ways of working, including planning, refinement, stand‑ups and retrospectives Mentoring engineers and helping create a strong, collaborative engineering culture Supporting the adoption of AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Partnering with colleagues across a distributed global organisation
