The NOW is Hiring Skilled Massage Therapists in Ashburn, VA

The NOW Massage, a premier massage boutique, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Massage Therapists to join our team in Ashburn, VA. In the 6+ years we've been open, The NOW offers our guests a space to escape the daily pressures of life and recharge their energy and spirit through the healing benefits of massage therapy.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Availability for at least one PM and one-weekend shift.
• The NOW Massage is open 7 days a week from 9:00am to 8:00pm.

• Massage therapists make $55 to $65 per hour.
• Full time therapists get a guaranteed hourly rate of $14 / hour in or out of session.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities. 
• Knowledge of Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports & stretching techniques. prenatal & energy work a plus!
• Excellent guest service skills, dedicated professional, motivated and positive attitude.
• Maintain service room to standards.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy. 

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed massage therapist in the state of Virginia. Must maintain valid license throughout employment, if hired.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness. 
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
