We are looking for hardworking, dependable Landscaping Contractors / Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has experience maintaining and improving outdoor spaces.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general landscaping and outdoor maintenance duties
Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
Weed, mulch, plant, and maintain flower beds and gardens
Operate basic landscaping equipment and hand tools safely
Assist with landscape installation projects
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Provide quality workmanship and attention to detail on every job

Requirements:

Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment safely
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Weekend availability may be required based on business needs
