Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a dynamic commercial location, where you will greet visitors, manage access control and badge activity, monitor the front entrance, and support daily security‑related operations through clear communication and strong customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.90 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM Sunday: 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor front desk access activity, greet visitors, verify credentials and/or sign‑in procedures, and communicate with staff and guests in a professional manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, document relevant information, and report concerns according to site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Have 5 or more years of security‑related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
