Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center. As a COTA PRN, you will work with our multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality occupational therapy services to our residents. COTA PRN – Lake Worth Beach, Florida $40/hour About the Role Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve residents’ functional abilities and independence. Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions and group activities to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well‑being. Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to track residents’ progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and promote a positive rehabilitation environment. Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents’ progress and treatment plans. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA. Current certification as a COTA (COTA/L). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately.
