At LIFE Pittsburgh, our goal is simple: help older adults stay where they feel safest and happiestat home. As a Housekeeper, you'll support that mission by helping Participants regain and maintain the mobility and independence that make daily life possible.

This isn't abstract work. You'll see the impact of your support every day, whether it's helping someone recover from a fall or giving them the confidence to walk across their living room without fear.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting frail elderly participants in their homes
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Providing essential laundry services
• Performing general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to ensure a hygienic environment
• Managing laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens

Requirements:

• Must have valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing direct care within the Elderly/Frail population
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness required as well as the ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a compassionate and patient demeanor, with a desire to help others

Salary range: $16.50-20.63 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
