Student Worker

Provides assistance and support related to various Audio/Visual devices and technologies including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Provides support for live events as pertains to running sound and visual presentations. Provides assistance with computer systems, software, and accessories as needed to assist the service desk with PC support tasks. This position responds to a variety of inquiries. The student worker will help Maintenance & Grounds tasks within the college. Indoor and outdoor duties as assigned. This is a summer youth program for ages 15-18. The Financial Aid student worker will be responsible for performing office tasks. Primary duties include answering phones, greeting students, other general office duties, and providing customer service to employees and students. This position will assist with office duties that will include filing, building spreadsheets, proctoring test, making sure mail is picked up daily, and other duties as assigned. Secretarial Center Student Workers’ primary responsibilities include printing Classroom and Department material, mail management, and various general office tasks. While providing excellent customer service to employees and students. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Registrar student worker will be responsible for performing office tasks. Primary duties include answering phones, greeting students, other general office duties, and providing customer service to employees and students. The Culinary student worker will be responsible for performing culinary operation tasks. Primary duties include procurement of ingredients, sorting out ingredients for chef instructors. Organize and supervise storage areas. Assist with event planning. The student worker will help custodial tasks within the college. Indoor and outdoor duties as assigned. This is a summer youth program for ages 15-18. Greet and check in students when they come to the Advising Office. Answer phone calls. Pick up print jobs and mail from the secretarial center. General office duties. Weekly hours available 15 – 28. Set-up/break-down student labs for faculty, make solutions, clean glassware, etc. The Advising student worker will be responsible for performing office tasks. Primary duties include answering phones, greeting students, other general office duties, and providing customer service to employees and students. Student worker will be responsible to the full-time Facilities Management staff for duties in the Facilities office. Student worker will be responsible to assist with general groundskeeping and maintenance tasks. Must be available to work in mornings or early afternoons. Student worker will assist the facilities department with office duties, assisting maintenance staff and/or custodial staff. Must be willing to wear many hats and take on a variety of duties. Provides assistance and support related to customer inquiries such as department contact information, schedule and location of events, computer systems, software, audio-visual, wireless and instructional technologies.
