As the General Manager, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring exceptional customer service and the highest food quality standards. Lead a dynamic team while fostering a culture of friendliness and fellowship!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with employees, customers, and the community
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality
- Foster an atmosphere of friendliness and fellowship
- Coach and develop talented employees
- Ensure an excellent customer experience
- Manage staffing, inventory, and financial success of the restaurant
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff
- Achieve financial targets for the store
- Develop leaders within the restaurant

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years in the restaurant industry
- 3+ years of management experience in the restaurant or equivalent industry, with at least 1 year as a General Manager
