Leasing Consultant: Tours, Screening & Property Marketing

Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening tenants. Responsibilities Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents. Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently. Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies. Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience. Qualifications Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills. Energetic, outgoing personality and excellent people skills. Exceptional leasing, sales, and marketing skills. Student housing experience a plus Familiar with rental application process and lease signings. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
