We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands-on industrial role focused on the fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and related equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build technical skills, work with experienced tradespeople, and contribute to safe and efficient operations in a structured work environment.

• Assist with the installation, assembly, inspection, maintenance, and repair of boilers, piping systems, and pressure-related equipment.
• Perform basic fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment under direction.
• Measure, cut, fit, align, and secure metal components according to specifications and drawings.
• Support welding, rigging, lifting, and material handling activities as needed, following all safety requirements.
• Inspect equipment and components for wear, leaks, corrosion, and other signs of damage or inefficiency.
• Clean, prepare, and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to support a safe and organized job site.
• Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding progress, issues, and material needs.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in mechanical, industrial, or fabrication work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and general shop equipment.
• Willingness to learn trade skills and follow direction from experienced team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Basic reading and math skills for interpreting measurements, instructions, and work orders.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, fabrication processes, or mechanical assembly.
• Exposure to welding, rigging, pipefitting, or boiler-related work.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and the proper use of personal protective equipment.

This role is typically performed in industrial, shop, or field environments and may involve working near heavy equipment, elevated temperatures, noise, and moving machinery. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks and following strict safety procedures. Training and mentorship may be provided to support skill development and career growth.
