Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze legal issues and summarize factual situations related to litigation matters.
- Draft briefs and other litigation-related documents.
- Pursue discovery in connection with litigation matters.
- Appear before state and federal courts.
- Interact with government agencies in connection with public policy and litigation matters
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Must be in good standing with the NYS bar; a federal clerkship is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials; transcripts will be required
- Exceptional organization skills
