This full-time contract opportunity invites an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with K-2nd grade students, offering direct therapy, testing, and participation in team meetings. You’ll be based onsite, collaborating closely with an established SLP and school professionals to ensure every child reaches their communication potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows considered
• Previous experience working with Pre-K to 2nd grade populations in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer speech and language screenings and comprehensive assessments for K-2 students
• Design and implement individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for goal-setting and progress reporting
• Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Collaborate with the onsite SLP to provide cohesive service delivery and share best practices
