What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing top-notch customer support
- Resolving complaints and issues quickly
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and upsell our products/services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Handle customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Learn to coach, train, develop and oversee a team of Account Managers.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of prior Customer Service experience
- 2-4 year degree preferred but not required
- Leadership or Management experience is a bonus
- Great Communication skills needed
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 Annual
Bonus/Commission: No
