About the Role: ACE Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Tampa, FL! Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems including AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers, package units, etc

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across a variety of HVAC equipment

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance

Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications

Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience

Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong knowledge of refrigerants, electrical systems, and HVAC controls

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with both residential and light commercial systems preferred
