Description: Unit information includes case management. The facility has 36 beds and a staff of 2. Patient ratios are 18 to 1. Type of equipment includes EMR and Midas. Typical hiring profile includes candidates with specific skill sets. Leadership qualities are preferred for personality fit. The dress code is business attire. The position is for one candidate only. Candidates without the specified skills will not be considered. Typical procedures performed include utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning, and revenue integrity.
