We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our expanding orthopedic team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of general orthopedic services, including fracture management, sports-related injuries, joint disorders, arthroscopic procedures, and elective surgeries.
• Commit to achieving outstanding patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-focused setting.
• Utilize strong institutional support, dedicated operating room access, and extensive Advanced Practice Provider coverage to make an immediate impact and foster long-term growth.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligibility to obtain medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
• Comprehensive clinical and surgical expertise in general orthopedics
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
• Transition to a straightforward production model in the third year
• Potential to earn over $1 million annually
• $100,000 recruitment bonus
