CPS, Inc. is growing our Supply Chain recruiting team in the Lake Geneva area and is looking for motivated professionals to join our recruiting team. Whether you have recruiting experience or are looking to transition from sales, customer service, business development, or another people-focused career, we provide the training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do As a Recruiter, with the support and guidance of a Recruiting Supervisor, you will build and manage a full-cycle recruiting desk while partnering with companies to help them find top talent. In this role, the Recruiter will: Source, recruit, and interview professionals for permanent career opportunities. Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process. Present qualified candidates to existing clients. Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business. Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service. Stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Professional, positive attitude with a desire to learn. Sales, recruiting, account management, customer service, or business development experience is a plus, but not required. What We Offer Comprehensive training program.
