Marketing Coordinator

Marketing & Operations Support Workplace Solutions is a 2nd generation family owned contract furniture dealership located in Orange County. We specialize in new, used and refurbished office furniture with a full menu of top level services. We have a very loyal customer base and we built our company on a service level that is second to none. We're looking for a bright, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator who wants to be part of building something meaningful in our 30th year. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Ongoing Responsibilities: Own our email marketing program: monthly newsletter, curated hot topics, "Intro to WPS" series Photograph installed furniture at customer offices, creating a portfolio of our work Maintain and improve our website presence—updates, optimization, troubleshooting Create visual and digital media assets across all marketing channels Manage brand consistency across customer-facing materials and collateral Collaborate with sales team to produce polished presentations, proposals, and case studies Periodic Responsibilities: Triate web inquiries and customer chats, directing them appropriately Develop product knowledge around office furniture and industry trends Research, organize, and execute community outreach events and charitable giving initiatives Major Projects (2026-2027): Lead website reconstruction/redesign to modernize customer experience Oversee truck fleet re-wrapping with refreshed brand identity Develop and execute WPS 30th Anniversary celebration campaign (launching March 2027) Requirements Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years marketing, social media, content creation, or related experience Demonstrated social media platform and content management proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Project management: owns initiatives from concept to completion Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly Ideal Traits: Creative and motivated—brings fresh ideas to problem-solving Collaborative—enjoys working across teams (sales, operations, leadership) Resourceful—figures out solutions and asks good questions Visually minded—has an eye for design and composition (no professional background required) Curious about business and the office furniture industry Flexible—wears multiple hats in a growing company Nice-to-Haves: Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe) WordPress or website platform experience Photography or video editing experience CRM system familiarity THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL LOVE: Social Media Blogging and content creation Working with others to create presentations and materials Managing projects from conceptual design to completion Being reliable, punctual, and dependable Being a team player and active participant in company growth Benefits Paid Time Off – Generous PTO policy Medical Contribution – We support your health and wellness Retirement Program – Eligible after 1 year of employment Growth Opportunity – Visible impact in a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr
