Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing top-level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, air handlers, etc.)

• Perform routine maintenance and service agreements

• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions

• Provide honest recommendations (repair vs. replace)

• Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicle

• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred (all levels encouraged to apply)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
