Senior Resident Care Director (RN) - Senior Living

The Sr. Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the nursing clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and coordination of care to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality services. This role leads all Care programs, ensures regulatory compliance and drives clinical excellence through strong team leadership and operational oversight. What You’ll Do: • Provide strategic leadership for resident care and manage the nursing team in accordance with state/provincial regulations • Perform and oversee resident assessments, ISPs and clinical documentation • Partner with physicians, pharmacists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care • Lead medication management, training and performance oversight of care staff • Track, trend and report clinical quality data; lead QAPI and risk mitigation initiatives • Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and OSHA regulations • Manage department budget, labor and staffing schedules • Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate clinical team members • Support infection control and serve as ICC/CLIA Director as applicable Senior Resident Care Director (RN) – Lead Clinical Excellence and Deliver High-Quality Resident Care Director of Nursing | RN | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership | Nursing Management | Resident Care Pay Range: 78,100.00 - 120,100.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
