You will develop close connections to the commercial partners in the businesses and lead a team of supply chain planning professionals. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment to key business strategies and objectives. Your expertise in planning and supply chain management will be instrumental in driving significant business growth and competitiveness. In addition, this team is undergoing a transformation in it’s processes and tools, this role will be a key architect & change leader to ensure that those changes are effective and sustainable. You will report directly to VP Supply Chain for our Process Technologies (PT) division, and you'll work along with the business partners in our Allentown, PA, Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, and Palmetto, FL locations on a hybrid work schedule with 3 or more days per week in the office. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through support of all growth initiatives, creation of a robust pipeline of working capital & cost savings improvements, and drive initiatives that increase our planning capabilities. Your expertise in the 5 step S&OP process will drive process maturity improvements that will be visible in our annual S&OP assessment. This position leads are planning activities including demand planning, production planning, inventory control, material planning, supporting a specific global business unit. You will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement.
