Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Marketing Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Our office is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2015.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
