The base salary range for this position is $33.80 – $50.22, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Full-time 36 Hours per Week, Nights 6 pm to 6 am. Methuen campusA Respiratory Therapist (RT) is a professional member of the healthcare team who provides skilled respiratory care to newborns through geriatrics under the direction/orders of a physician. The RT assists in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases and related disorders in a professional and competent manner. RT participates in providing patient and family education. The RT may assess a patient's respiratory status and recommend appropriate therapy.Responsibilities:Ability to perform the following:ABG machineVentilator managementEKG's & EEGs Chest PTArterial puncturesPulmonary FunctionsMinimum Qualifications:Education: An Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a Certificate of Completion from an AMA accredited program in Respiratory care is required.Certification/Licensure: MA Respiratory Care licensure, including 261 CMR 5.00 Continuing Education Requirement.
