Essential Responsibilities of the New Home Sales Assistant Opening and closing the models and inventory homes. Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service. Escort prospective buyers through model and inventory homes while highlighting key features and benefits. Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on‑site sales team about buyers’ likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home. Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers. Qualifications 6 months – 1+ years’ experience in high‑end sales/customer service. Those with a love for people‑facing roles are highly encouraged to apply – Barista (Starbucks), high‑end retail sales associate (Nordstrom, Black House White Market), human resources/talent acquisition, flight attendant, hospitality, and/or equivalent. Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation required; valid driver’s license preferred for travel between properties. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing with occasional sitting and computer use. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Frequent walking, bending, stair climbing, and navigation of model home environments.
