Sales Representative - Lafayette, LA - Surgical Technologies

Stryker

Field-based sales representative position promoting Stryker's Surgical Technologies portfolio to healthcare providers across an assigned territory. The role involves product demonstrations, procedure support, relationship building, and territory growth while meeting sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding territory sales objectives
Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments
Support surgical procedures on-site, providing product expertise and troubleshooting guidance
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within assigned territory

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
OR Bachelor's degree with leadership, military, or high-performance environment experience
OR 5+ years professional outside/B2B sales experience with demonstrated goal achievement
Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout territory
Ability to stand extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in clinical settings
In-person support capability during product evaluations and procedures

Compensation: 100% commission eligible with draw, bonuses, and benefits
