If you are looking for a rewarding career where your expertise is valued and your professional growth is supported, we want to hear from you!Your Key ResponsibilitiesImpactful Care Delivery: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design customized, transformative treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each program participant.Innovative Therapy: Administer cutting-edge occupational therapy programs, continually adapting and updating approaches to maximize participant outcomes and caseload efficiency.Collaborative Leadership: Serve as a core member of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, collaborating seamlessly with physicians, families, consultants, and community partners.Mentorship & Supervision: Direct and inspire assigned staff and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs). You will play a key role in professional development, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.Continuity of Care: Establish timely home exercise programs and conduct home evaluations to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success for participants.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain precise, timely documentation and weekly schedules in accordance with department standards, licensing requirements, and strict ethics of confidentiality.What You Bring to the TeamEducation & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in human services. Preferred: One (1) year of specialized experience in neuro-rehabilitation.Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Active Occupational Therapist License (OT/L) in good standing in the state of Georgia.
