Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school-based caseload in Lancaster, California. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working with a diverse student population, providing direct and indirect speech and language services. Position Details Full-time position Onsite only Manageable caseload of approximately 55 students Supportive team environment Responsibilities Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans Deliver services in accordance with state and district guidelines Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active California SLP license required ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on support availability) Prior school-based experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Why Join Us?
