Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• 8-10 hour shift Tuesday-Friday
• 6-8 hour shift Saturday

• Consultative sales approach that creates urgency and encourages action without making clients feel pressured. 
• Experience presenting and explaining financing and flexible payment options to make treatment plans financially accessible.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal treatment staff, technicians, providers, and the Managing Director to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Comfortable using CRM, scheduling treatments, and financing platforms for high ticket sales.
• Ability to consistently achieve assigned monthly KPIs and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 4–6 personalized consultations and sales presentations each day.
• Educate prospective clients on Bodenvy's services, treatment plans, wellness programs, and financing options.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals, conversion targets, and assigned KPIs.
• Work collaboratively with technicians and treatment staff to ensure continuity of care and an exceptional client experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional follow-up and customer care.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, texts, and lead follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM.
• Schedule consultations and treatment appointments while maximizing provider schedules.
• Assist with front desk operations, including welcoming clients, check-in/check-out, and answering phones.
• Support technicians with client preparation, laundry, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and other operational duties as needed.
• Follow all company policies, protocols, compliance requirements, and brand standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of successful negotiations and closing sales.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services with a demonstrated ability to build trust and deliver value.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals, KPIs, revenue targets, and conversion metrics.
• Ability to conduct 4–6 sales consultations or presentations per day.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, including strong phone etiquette.
• Experience discussing and presenting client financing options; familiarity with healthcare financing programs is preferred.
• High-volume sales experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, luxury retail, fitness, or a related field is preferred.
• Baseline understanding of nutrition, weight management, and healthy lifestyle principles.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Mindbody, and scheduling software.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
