Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Float Pool to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units. In this role, you will adapt quickly to diverse clinical settings, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage IVs and telemetry, and support complex care plans. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, guide patients and families through education and discharge planning, and uphold safety, quality, and documentation standards while embodying our mission-driven, inclusive culture.
