Assistant Nurse Manager - Cardiac/Telemetry

This role involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, overseeing equipment maintenance and procurement, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include: Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development. Participating in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational needs to meet departmental goals. Providing patient-centered care based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, documenting accordingly. Developing collaborative care plans in coordination with medical teams. Managing staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and handling staffing logistics such as overtime and scheduling. Qualifications include: RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-5 years of experience, with supervisory experience preferred for higher roles. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
