The Deep Cleaning & Restoration Expert plays a key role in tackling the toughest cleaning challenges. From post-construction cleanups to carpet shampooing and floor restoration, you will use professional-grade tools and cleaning techniques to return spaces to pristine condition. You’ll work across residential and commercial sites, ensuring every detail meets our company’s high-quality standards. Responsibilities Perform specialized deep cleaning services such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and floor polishing. Handle post-construction and renovation cleanup, removing debris, dust, and paint residues. Clean high-touch areas and hard-to-reach spots using ladders or extension tools. Operate industrial equipment including power washers, steam cleaners, and floor buffers. Remove stains, mold, and odors from various surfaces using approved products. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and thoroughness. Work with supervisors to develop customized cleaning plans for unique client needs. Maintain equipment by cleaning and storing properly after each job. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Communicate with clients professionally and respond to specific requests. Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used. Requirements & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in deep cleaning, restoration, or janitorial services. Knowledge of cleaning agents, materials, and machinery operation. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle tough cleaning challenges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
