• Number of Beds: 12
• Patient Ratios: ICU patients 2:1. Med/surg and pcu patients 4:1
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): Charge RN, RNs, PCT
• Type of equipment: Ventilators, specialty beds, occasionally CRRT
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks)
• Floating policy: Contract labor floats first
• Patient Experience requirements: med/surg experience
• Hospital Specifics:
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
