About the Role

We are seeking experienced and licensed insurance professionals to join our growing team!

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, meeting with prospective clients, presenting insurance solutions, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and helping clients find insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through community outreach and prospecting.

• Meet with prospective clients and conduct needs assessments.

• Present products and explain options.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Represent AWP professionally in the field.

Qualifications

Required

• Active insurance license.

• Minimum of three (3) years of insurance sales experience.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Comfortable working independently.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to build strong client relationships.

• Willingness to meet clients face-to-face.

Preferred

• Outside sales experience.

• Full-cycle sales experience.

• Door-to-door sales experience.

• Customer service or retail sales experience.

• Appointment setting or lead generation experience.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
