Help us make a positive impact in the community!WHAT YOU'LL DO:As a Customer Service Associate, you will start your day by answering calls from customers, booking jobs, and providing great service. You will schedule and dispatch technicians using FieldPulse, making sure each job is assigned correctly. You'll also follow up with customers about estimates, memberships, and completed jobs. Throughout the day, you'll handle payments, update customer records, and help with basic office tasks while keeping communication smooth within the team to ensure everything runs well for our customers and technicians.WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:This full-time Customer Service Associate position offers an hourly pay between $18 and $25/hour.Benefits:Health, dental, life, and vision insuranceBonus structurePTOGrowth opportunitiesUniformsNo on-calls, nights, or weekends!You will work from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
