Landscaping Crew Leader (Chicago NW)

Compensation Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour based on prior applicable work experience, licenses and certifications. Responsibilities: Direct the work of 2–5 team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards within the following service lines: basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications. Performance & Quality: Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and delegate work to crew members. Maintain a schedule, ensuring service expectations are met. Identify more efficient ways to perform work. Client Satisfaction: Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolution. Crew Management: Provide feedback on crew members to the Production Manager. Assist in the development and training of crew members. Submit accurate crew time logs. Safety: Ensure all crew members work safely and in accordance with company policies. Confirm equipment is in good working order and receives preventive maintenance. Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles. Qualifications: Equivalent experience in a landscape‑related field.
